Investor Onboarding
& KYC

Identity, beneficial owners, screening, classification and tax status, collected in the investor portal and held as one file per investing profile. Your RC reviews it; every fund of the manager reads it.The file does not belong to a fund. It belongs to the investor, and each vehicle records its own acceptance against it.

THE INVESTOR'S JOURNEY

Five steps in the portal. Acceptance is the last one.

Registration is always by a natural person. Whether they invest personally or on behalf of an entity is chosen after registration, and that choice creates the investing profile the file is attached to. Nothing about the vehicle is unlocked before step five. An investor who stops at step three remains a registered contact in Investor Relations. The file is kept, incomplete and marked as such, and resumes where it stopped.
WHERE IT SITS

Between a routed prospect and an admitted partner.

Investor Relations hands over a prospect who is registered and may lawfully be shown the vehicle. This module verifies who they are. The Investors Register takes them from acceptance onward.
Investor Relations ends

Country routed, declarations recorded, interest expressed. No verification yet.

Onboarding & KYC owns

The due diligence file, the classification evidence, the risk rating, the review cycle and the acceptance decision.

Investors Register begins

Admission at a closing, the commitment, the capital account. It reads the KYC status; it never edits it.

Thirty minutes on a real fund

No slides and no sales deck.. Just a live closing, a capital call and a register, on data that behaves the way yours will.
